About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Solutions Consultant (Presales) who blends deep US healthcare domain expertise with hands-on business analysis pedigree and a proven presales track record. You will be the domain and solution authority in our pursuit teams — owning RFP/RFI responses, discovery-to-solution translation, demo narratives, and proposal architecture for opportunities across Provider Health IT, EHR/interoperability engineering, and MedTech software.
This is a presales-heavy role (approximately 70/30): your primary charter is winning business by shaping compelling, technically credible solutions; your BA depth is what makes those solutions land with clinical, operational, and technical buyers alike.
You will work closely with our US-based sales and leadership team and our Ahmedabad delivery organization, acting as the connective tissue between what the client needs, what we propose, and what we can credibly deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solutioning (Primary Charter)
    • Identify Healthcare domain capability areas based on Dash’s project experiences.
    • Develop accelerators based on industry trends and evolving needs.
    • Help with designing and running campaigns for the identified domain capabilities and accelerators.
    • Lead discovery calls with prospect stakeholders (CIOs, CMIOs, VPs of Product, Directors of Clinical Informatics, Revenue Cycle leaders) to elicit business drivers, current-state workflows, and technical constraints — and translate these into solution blueprints.
    • Design and deliver solution presentations, capability demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) scoping — tailored to clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
    • Partner with Delivery Leads to build effort estimates, staffing models, phased implementation roadmaps, and commercial constructs (T&M, fixed-bid, managed capacity).
    • Develop reusable presales assets: capability decks, solution one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, demo scripts, and reference architectures.
    • Support pipeline development by partnering with Business Development and Sales on account plans, opportunity qualification, and competitive positioning.
    • Represent Dash in client workshops, industry events, webinars, and partner ecosystem conversations (EHR vendor programs, cloud/AI platform alliances).

Business Analysis & Domain Leadership (Supporting Charter)
    • Bring current-state/future-state workflow mapping, requirements elicitation, user story definition, and traceability discipline into early-stage engagements and pilot phases.
    • Serve as the US healthcare domain SME internally — coaching delivery teams on clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, regulatory context, and payer-provider dynamics.
    • Contribute to thought leadership: white papers, POVs, and webinar content that establish Dash's domain authority in healthcare AI, interoperability, and MedTech engineering.

Required Qualifications
    • 12-15 years in US healthcare IT, with a demonstrable blend of business analysis and presales/solution consulting roles at IT services firms, health tech ISVs, or consulting organizations.
    • US Healthcare domain mastery: provider workflows (ambulatory, acute, post-acute), revenue cycle management (837/835, CMS-1500/UB-04, prior authorization, denials), payer-provider data exchange, value-based care constructs, and regulatory landscape (HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act, information blocking, ONC certification criteria).
    • EHR implementation experience: hands-on involvement in implementations, optimizations, integrations, or migrations across one or more major platforms — Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or NextGen — including module-level familiarity (clinical documentation, orders, scheduling, patient accounting).
    • Interoperability depth: working fluency in HL7 v2.x, FHIR (R4, US Core, SMART on FHIR), C-CDA, X12 EDI transactions, API-based integration patterns, integration engines (Mirth/Rhapsody/Cloverleaf), and familiarity with TEFCA/QHIN developments.
    • MedTech exposure: experience supporting medical device software, SaMD, or device-connectivity programs — with awareness of FDA regulatory pathways (510(k), De Novo), IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and design control expectations. (Depth is a plus; credible fluency is a must.)
    • Presales craft: proven record of shaping and winning deals — RFP authorship, solution demos, estimation, proposal defense/orals — ideally for US clients from an offshore/GCC or onsite-offshore model.
    • Exceptional communication: ability to command a room (virtual or in-person) with US executive and clinical stakeholders; crisp written English for proposals and client artifacts.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, health informatics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
    • Exposure to healthcare AI/ML use cases — ambient clinical documentation, clinical decision support, deterioration prediction, prior-auth automation, NLP on clinical notes — and the governance/regulatory considerations around them.
    • Familiarity with cloud healthcare platforms: AWS HealthLake, Azure Health Data Services, Google Cloud Healthcare API.
    • Experience with EHR vendor partner programs (e.g., Epic Vendor Services/Connection Hub, Oracle Health partnerships, MEDITECH Alliance) or app marketplace listings.
    • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, AHIMA/HIMSS credentials (CPHIMS), Epic/Cerner certifications, or HL7 FHIR proficiency.
    • Prior experience in a GCC or offshore delivery center serving US healthcare clients, including onsite client-facing stints in the US.
    • MBA or master's in health informatics/healthcare management.
