Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with leadership, sales, technical managers, project managers, content specialists, designers, SEO partners, and external stakeholders to strengthen DASH's market positioning and drive growth.
This role requires someone who can simplify complex technical and healthcare concepts into clear, compelling messaging while maintaining strong execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar and execution roadmap.
  • Plan, prioritize, and track marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a task master who drives accountability and execution across the marketing function.
Team & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Manage and mentor a growing high performing marketing team.
  • Coordinate with sales, business development, delivery, project managers, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to extract insights and convert them into market-facing content.
  • Manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution across departments.
Positioning, Messaging & Brand Development
  • Craft and refine company positioning for healthcare and MedTech audiences.
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging for:
  • Website content
  • Capability pages
  • Service offerings
  • Case studies
  • Sales collateral
  • Thought leadership content
  • Improve website navigation, user journeys, and content structure to enhance engagement and conversions.
Content & Healthcare Marketing
  • Work closely with content writers and subject matter experts.
  • Create strong case studies, capability pages, solution briefs, and marketing assets.
  • Translate complex technical and healthcare concepts into easy-to-understand business language.
  • Demonstrate sufficient healthcare and MedTech business understanding to effectively market company offerings.
SEO & Digital Marketing Management
  • Coordinate and manage SEO initiatives with internal or external SEO teams.
  • Monitor SEO performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • While deep technical SEO expertise is not required, the ability to guide priorities, review outcomes, and manage execution is expected.
AI & Marketing Productivity
  • Leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity, research, content development, planning, and execution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to accomplish more with modern AI-driven workflows.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, enthusiasm, and practical application of AI technologies.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in scheduled evening calls with international clients, partners, and team members as required.
  • Present ideas, recommendations, and marketing strategies confidently.

Required Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, healthcare IT, MedTech, SaaS, or software services.
  • Proven experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with technical teams, project managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market content.
  • Experience creating case studies, capability pages, solution overviews, and website content.
  • Experience coordinating SEO initiatives and managing SEO partners or teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to healthcare, digital health, healthcare IT, medical imaging, interoperability, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Experience marketing software engineering or technology consulting services.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows.
