Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong foundation in SEO and content, who can contribute to structured, research-driven marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who can think analytically, write clearly, and execute consistently while collaborating across teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
SEO Execution
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP benchmarking
- Perform on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, and content optimization
- Execute link-building initiatives, including outreach and tracking
- Manage and support guest posting activities
- Monitor backlinks and domain performance
- Track SEO performance and suggest improvements
- Explore emerging areas like AEO and GEO
Content & Copywriting
- Write clear, structured content for blogs and marketing assets
- Create social media copy including captions and CTAs
- Assist in blog writing, editing, and content structuring
- Simplify complex MedTech and healthcare topics into easy-to-understand content
- Repurpose content across formats such as blogs, social media, and emailers
- Work with the content team on briefs and improvements
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, and drafting
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, sales, and leadership teams
- Support website updates and content improvements
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing tasks
- Maintain structured trackers, reports, and documentation
Social Media Support
- Assist in managing LinkedIn and other platforms
- Support content planning and scheduling
- Write platform-specific content
- Track and support performance improvements
Key Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Mass Communication, or MBA
- 2–3 years of experience in SEO and/or content marketing
- Hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and link building
- Exposure to guest posting
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Comfortable using AI tools for marketing workflows, research and content creation
- Interest in MedTech or Healthcare is a plus
