Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to strengthen performance management, enhance employee experience, and ensure efficient HR operations. This role will play a key part in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
- Drive effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Enable structured objective setting, performance tracking, and timely appraisal cycles.
- Support managers and employees in building a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and development planning.
2. Employee Experience & Relations
- Build and maintain a positive, transparent, and inclusive work environment.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and grievance resolution.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
3. HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain consistency and alignment of HR practices with organizational standards.
- Minimize compliance risks through proper documentation and policy enforcement.
4. Attendance & Workforce Management
- Manage and monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Improve workforce efficiency through tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Provide accurate data inputs for payroll processing and operational planning.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Facilitate effective communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of HR operations and administrative activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
6. HR Operations Efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, systems, and documentation.
- Improve HR processes through better systems, reporting, and data management.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HR services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance systems.
- Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Experience in process improvement and HR reporting.
